My experience at Blom

Operations management the Toyota Way has been the red wire of my professional life.  Having spent six years on the line and over 7 years in consulting, showing people the power of world class performance is what I most enjoy. I started with Blom Consultancy in Belgium because I believe world class performance and Blom consultants can help Belgium’s companies and institutions sustainable growth.

What we do and how we work

Our value proposition is in implementing lean thinking and total productive maintenance with and through the people in an organisation.  We start with building an understanding of how world class performance can help you.  Next we train your people.  The real learning however comes from doing and applying it on the shop floor.  Here we act as role models, coach people in how to deal with the paradigms and teach how to apply the tools.  We take part in the problem and culture solving process as if we were part of your organisation. Still we keep an independent view at all times.
