Training and collaborative problem solving

Our people use their know-how to help you look differently at the way you work and think how to improve it. Blom people will transfer the skills, knowledge and attitudes to your people to implement improvements. Finally we will teach your organization to improve continuously on its own.

We train your people, conduct joint problem solving sessions and support implementation and sustainment. In summary, we not only tell you what you can do, but we help you think through how to do it: a hands-on approach.

An integral aspect of this approach is that the contribution of our consultants reduces over time and that your independence increases on the way to World Class Performance (WCP).


Co-sourcing

You are in the middle of an improvement program and one of your managers suddenly leaves, or you are confronted with the need to make very rapid improvements or you seek for reinforcement of your improvement program but lack the resources in-house. In all such cases, your management team can be temporarily reinforced with a Blom Consultant.

His/her experience in World Class Performance combined with an ability of process management, makes the Blom Consultant add value from day one and be up to speed in no time.
